HOW TO SHOP ON EVISSIA


Browsing For Products

Browse the store by using the Evissia department headings at the left hand side of the page. Once clicked on, these will reveal the products within each department.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add To Basket" button. The garment will be added to your basket. (If the item is out of stock you will be alerted immediately). You will be taken to a page where you can view your shopping basket contents and by clicking "Continue Shopping" you can continue selecting other purchases in this way.

Checking Out
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the "Go To Checkout" button, located in the top right hand side of the screen. You will be taken to a checkout form where a summary of your purchases will be displayed. At this stage you have the option to remove unwanted items from your shopping basket, if desired and the order total will automatically be re-calculated.

You will then need to enter payment and delivery details into the checkout form and choose your delivery preference, which will in turn calculate your delivery charges. Once you have completed the form click the "Submit Order" button. You will be taken to the website of our secure payment provider, PayPal, where you will be asked to fill out and submit payment details (credit or debit card).

Once your card payment has been accepted, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen and a receipt and confirmation email, with an order number, will be emailed to you for your records.

COLOUR DISLAIMER

Evissia firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colourrs seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered. All colour options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Evissia products.

SECURE PAYMENTS

Paying Online by Credit or Debit Card
Payments are accepted through our payment processing provider PayPal by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. Simply select the Credit or Debit Card payment option when completing the checkout form.

You will be taken to a secure PayPal payment screen, which displays the secure padlock icon at the bottom of the browser window. This indicates that you are on a secure encrypted page, where all your data is safe.

Your payment details will be securely encrypted and cannot be read or accessed by anyone - and that includes us, we never see or have access to your card details at any time. For your additional security and peace of mind we do not store your card details either.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH

All Goods will normally be delivered within 3 working days of receipt of order and your goods will be dispatched by a reputable courier company including TNT, Fedex, DHL or EPS.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to your delivery address specified in the Checkout form.

Please note that WE DO NOT DELIVER to PO BOX addresses, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind. Please also note that we cannot guarantee delivery within these time periods. Please refer to the terms and conditions governing orders by you through this website and the website terms and conditions for further details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Evissia do not accept cosmetics or skincare products as refunds due to hygiene reasons. Perfumes and Aftershaves will only be accepted as a refund if the seal is intact. If the seal is broken we will not accept it as a refund.

Evissia do not accept earrings, jewellery sets, Rings, Bangles, hair accessories, belts or any personal intimate jewellery for refund due to hygiene reasons.

In the event that a refund is agreed, all items need to be returned to us in their original packaging and unused. Evissia needs to be notified of a refund within 2 working days of delivery, after that no request for refunds will be entertained.

Evissia is not responsible for refunding posting and packaging of the goods. It is the customer's responsibility that the products reach out warehouse in a saleable condition. No refunds will be made if the products are damaged upon receipt. For more information, please email refunds@evissia.co.uk

PRODUCT RECALL

Please note due to product faults, we will recall sold products if there is a product recall from the manufacture. Evissia will refund the customer back fully except for delivery charges. All returns arrangements will be made by Evissia, the customer will not have to pay for the posting, we just ask you to keep all original packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order please email us 2 working days after placing the order, if the cancellation request is made after 2 working days, we are unable to process it and, the order will be dispatched.
